What does your role entail? 

I look after any training across the business. With apprentices making up almost a fifth of our team, we’re a company that’s very committed to developing our people, supporting them to attain formal qualifications and to move through the organisation. I love being a part of that.  

What do you love about your role? 

Of all the roles I’ve had at RSA (and there’s been a few!), this is by far my favourite because I get to work with people from across the business. The knowledge base within our company is impressive and really unique and people take the time to share it.  

What’s kept you at RSA for so long? 

It’s a family business where people look after each other. I’ve grown up here and been offered many different opportunities and experiences over those 17 years. I’ve also had three kids during that time, and I’ve felt supported to do that and to come back and progress in my career.
