A fleet to support your next contract
RSA have a substantial internally owned plant fleet for use on projects including 657E, 637G, and 623G scrapers, excavators to 125t, dump trucks, graders, dozers, and laser buckets, all complete with GPS. These are supported by a fleet of on and off-road watercarts, loaders, compactors, coal and general haulage side-tipper road trains, and other ancillary plant. RSA also owns and operates its own mobile crusher plant and mobile concrete batching plant with an associated fleet of concrete agitator trucks.
We externally hire (wet hire only) our plant and equipment fleet.

Internally serviced and maintained
RSA internally service and maintain our fleet of plant and equipment from our central maintenance and workshop facilities. We also establish satellite maintenance facilities on site to effectively manage and maintain all machines on the job through our comprehensive fleet management and maintenance scheduling services.
Machine operators with all the relevant accreditations
RSA employs skilled machine operators with relevant licences and certificates to undertake our projects. Should you wet hire our plant and equipment, our machine operators will provide the same level of expertise and care provided on our own projects.

Our fleet includes a variety of excavators ranging from 1.5t to 125t capacity.
Scrapers
RSA operate a fleet of CAT 657E open bowl twin power scrapers, CAT 637G push-pull scrapers and CAT 623G elevating scrapers.
Dump Trucks
We operate and maintain a fleet of Caterpillar 740 articulated dump trucks for wet hire across Australia.
Graders
RSA operate a fleet of Caterpillar 140M 14ft blade graders.
Dozers
We supply Caterpilla D8R tracked dozers for wet hire on projects across Australia.
Excavators
Caterpillar 336D excavator
Our Caterpillar 336D track mounted excavator sits in the 30-39t weight class.
Volvo 460B excavator
Our Volvo 460B track mounted excavator sits in the 40t-49t weight class.
Other earthmoving equipment
Wheel Loader
Caterpillar 972H wheel loaders, which offer nearly three cubic metres of bucket capacity.
Compactors
Caterpillar 825 compactors.
Water Carts
A fleet of water carts ranging from small water trucks to large road train multi tanker units.
Miscellaneous plant and equipment
Our fleet of miscellaneous plant and equipment includes:
- Terex I-130RS mobile impactor/crushing units; and
- Porta Batch mobile concrete plant and agitator trucks.
