Safety and the environment is at the heart of everything we do at RSA. Working in regional and remote areas of Australia – means we must operate in a safe, sustainable way, protecting our people, the community, land and resources, for future generations.
In all our operations, we aim for Zero Harm. Our operations are managed under the Third Party Certified RSA Integrated Management System (IMS). The IMS ensures consistency in delivery and outcome, regardless of project size, complexity or location. We have established appropriate quality, safety and environmental management systems that allow all staff to identify, report and manage risk and hazards.
We were founding members of Safer Together and continue to support this important initiative.

At RSA, we understand the importance of training and development, ensuring the capability of our workforce.
Our recruitment induction and training policy enables us to attract and retain highly talented and capable people to safely deliver our projects.
